Our white and coloured coatings are produced from fractionated or unfractionated vegetable fats. The contents of milk materials can be determined upon customer request. The white coatings are used as a white chocolate replacer in many different applications within bakery and confectionary industries. Our top quality white coating has a very high content of milk materials resulting in a product with a very nice milky taste. The coloured coatings are well suited for decoration usage thanks to the nice colours. They are produced in strawberry, pistachio, lemon and orange tastes.
